One of the reasons that I am passionate about making pages daily, is that in the pages, I “remember not to forget.” Pages are the path to speaking my truth and create a space for reflection that allows me to orient to whole, healthy beliefs and practices.
Joy is something easily forgotten in the midst of busyness and task.
Joy can disappear in the reality of our circumstances and emotions.
The truth is that Joy can be sought out. Joy is a daily choice.
Beauty, gratitude and the celebration of small kindnesses turn our eyes toward Joy.
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Phil 4:8
