more Exacompta journal pages

Still using the Exacompta journal for everything from household lists to art journaling & sketching.  So much so, that it has officially gotten too full to fit in the scanner.  I ended up by the window on a rainy day shooting photos instead.  I love how they turned out.  Window light is always flattering and I was able to focus on the part of the page that stood out to me.

{the painter’s tape that I am currently in love with.  although I flirt with masking tape quite a bit…}

{my favorite tea and my favorite blue.}

{Do my tastebuds know my history?}

{“I am not a label.”  a quote from my friend Katie Holley}

{writing down dreams as well as lists.}

{when I meet with my Artist’s Way friends, I fill pages with the things that we say to each other.}

{more Katie Holley quote love}

{Doodled my way through a long car trip.}

{chatting with friend Amy about life.  the conversation reminded me of this photo of my son taking a flying leap.}

About the Author:

I create containers for words and paint and I fill them. I craft safe, sacred spaces for people to wrestle, create, heal and shout from the mountain tops.
And I teach people to do all of these things for themselves.
