Today I am living the life that I envisioned over a decade ago.

Today I live the life of what Margaret Lobenstine calls a Renaissance Soul.

I don’t take this life lightly.  It was born out of clarity and understanding and is fueled by sacrifice and focus.  I feed my passions and give time to my favorites.

Today began like most of my days, by tending to body and soul.  Hot water with lemon and a trip to the gym because I know I should honor my body.  Afterwards, a beautiful cup of coffee and some study because I know I must feed my soul.

Today was filled  pens and paint and creating the first layers of a mixed media piece.

I also baked bread.

And edited photos.

I even handled some admin like a champ, because true freedom is married to discipline.

It’s a rich life.

Craft the life you want to live.

Know your self.

BE in your life,
